We source premium quality ingredients from around the world, and ingredient options, when possible, custom to our local clientele. We never compromise on our quality. To this end, all our chocolates are made with premium sustainable cocoa. While we pay a premium for sustainable cocoa, at the same time this ensures our farmer partners and co-ops continue to be there to support us with their genuine and premium cocoa products. It is really quite simple in that it's a choice we've conscientiously made to both enhance our confectionary products and support a very special artesian cocoa farming way of life.
